Disclose Scoresheets to Participants
By accessing the “Disclose scoresheets to participants” section, you can send scoresheets to participants.
You will see this screen:
It should be noted that if there are pending commissions for the use of BAP, a warning may appear as follows:
This payment can be processed through the Billing Report menu, detailed here:: https://docs.beerawardsplatform.com/article/77-billing-report.
Once the payment is completed, you will find the option "Generate keys" at the bottom of the menu.
Once you click the button, all the keys are generated for each of the entries, indicating the ID, participant name or beer name, email, status, and a link that will be shared with the brewer.
By clicking on the “Send emails” button, the platform sends the score sheets to all participants.
If you click on the chain icon, you can access the scoresheet that brewer will receive:
Additional information that a brewer may receive includes Mid Round / Mini B.O.S / B.O.S notes, as well as scanned scoresheets uploaded and other documents by the administrator (see example below).
The same brewer can access this link to print the scoresheet or share their impressions on the quality of the feedback given by the judges (if the “Enable participants to provide feedback on scoresheet quality” option was enabled by the administrator in the Settings => Judging Options menu):
The evaluation and comments that the participant makes later will be reflected as the number of stars presented under the “Feedback” column and will only be visible by the organization of the competition:
The status of the scoresheet disclosure can be as follows:
- Open: The participant received and opened the email with the scoresheet keys.
- Delivered: The participant received the email but has not yet opened it.
- Dropped: The email was rejected. In this case, you can access the Administration => Participants menu to search for the name of the brewer/brewery whose email was rejected and see if it is possible to contact them by another means (for example, by phone). You can also copy the URL key and send it manually to participants.
