Clicking on the Judges check-in button allows you to confirm the judges who are present during a given judging session. You enter this section by clicking here:

You will then visualize the following:

By activating the Present option, the judge is confirmed for the judging session. In “Notes” you can write various observations, such as if a judge shall retire early.

You can also confirm presence for all the judges at the same time by ticking the upper left box and selecting the Present option:

Entering the tables in Administration => Judging sessions, you can see the judges present marked with a green circle, and those who are not present in red.
