In the case of intermediate rounds or mini B.O.S. or B.O.S., once the administrator has enabled the table to judge those rounds, the head judge clicks on the “Mini B.O.S. / B.O.S.” button in his main menu for that competition.
Then a screen pops up, where a drop-down menu appears in the upper left corner of the screen. By clicking there, the head judge can select the award category on which the second round or Mini B.O.S. will be judged, or he can select the B.O.S option if the table is going to select the best beers of all award categories. In this example, the award category British Beers will be selected.
The head judge accesses a screen where all the samples that were selected for the Mini B.O.S. / Second Round / B.O.S. (as corresponds) will be shown in the central column. By dragging and dropping he can move the samples to the right to set the ranking, or to the left in case he wants to discard them. By clicking on “Add notes” he can add comments about the evaluation of each sample in that round. Once the ranking is finished, he can click on the “Finish” button and this round is over, returning to the main menu of the competition.
