Queue Judging

Once the judging session has started in a monadic format (one entry being judged at a time), you can type in the entry ID that is brought by the steward in the ID box within the “Judge Sample” section. Then, the details of style and award category of that sample will be displayed, and by clicking on “Judge” you can evaluate the entry.

Once the entry’s evaluation is finished, the head judge of the table can see a summary of how the other judges of his table evaluated the sample, visualizing as “Pending” those judges who are still judging.

Your own scoresheet can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon (), while the other judges’ scoresheets can be seen only by the head judge by clicking on the eye icon (). The other judges will only be able to edit their own scoresheets but they will not be able to view the scoresheets of the remaining judges, as shown in the following screenshot:

When all the judges have finished their judging, the consensus score is displayed (by default it is the average, but the head judge can modify it).

Once the head judge accepts the consensus score by clicking on the “Agree” button, it is possible to move on and evaluate the next entry. The head judge can even select the sample to go to the next round when appropriate (“Qualified”).

As mentioned before, the head judge can modify the consensus score by double clicking on it (only within the limits between the maximum and the minimum scores giving by the rest of the table to that sample):
