Flight Judging Without Score

If the evaluation format is by flights, you can type in the ID of any of the entries of that flight that is provided by your steward in the ID box within the “Judge Sample” section. Then, the list of all the entries included in that flight will appear, together with the styles of each one of them and the corresponding award category. By clicking on “Judge” you can evaluate all beers from the flight.

The description of the style of the sample being evaluated will be displayed in the left column. In the lower horizontal bar, you will be able to see the ID of each of the samples that constitutes the flight.

Every time the evaluation of each sample is completed, an acceptance box will be shown at the bottom of the screen to pass or not the sample to the next round:

Once the entire flight has been evaluated and the “Consensus” field is reached, a screen is presented with the decisions of each judge on the table about which entries pass to the next round and which entries do not.

The head judge of the table may give his approval regarding the consensus on whether or not a sample passes to the next round by clicking on “Agree” or “Disagree”. He can also reset the consensus on a sample already evaluated by the table by clicking on “Reset”, or even directly save the consensus without another judge proposing it.

Clicking on an individual sample on the Consensus screen displays a summary of how the judges rated that beer. By clicking on the eye icon the head judge can see the individual scoresheets of all judges of that table.

The head judge is the only one who can edit the consensus decision of each sample.
