If the evaluation format is by flights, you can type in the ID of any of the entries of that flight that is provided by your steward in the ID box within the “Judge Sample” section. Then, the list of all the entries included in that flight will appear, together with the styles of each one of them and the corresponding award category. By clicking on “Judge” you can evaluate all beers from the flight.
The description of the style of the sample being evaluated will be displayed in the left column. In the lower horizontal bar, you will be able to see the ID of each of the samples that constitutes the flight.
Once the flight’s evaluation is finished, the scores of the judges of the table are compared. In case of having a difference between scores greater than the limit set by the administrator, it will be necessary for the judges to adjust their scores so that the difference is less than the established limit (it will not be possible to advance until this point is solved).
To do this, click on the sample with differences and the judges’ evaluation summary is displayed. Click on the pencil icon, then select the “Edit” button and modify it.
The head judge will then be able to select the samples that pass to the next round by clicking on “Qualified”. The rest of the judges will not have that access. The second screenshot is an example of what they will see on their screen.
It is possible to alter samples with already agreed scores before closing the flight. To do this, click on the sample that needs its score to be adjusted, access the eye icon and then select “Edit” in the upper right corner of the screen. An editing confirmation message will pop up, and then it is possible to edit the scoresheet.
Once the flight is finished, click on this button to continue with the next flight.
