Can you inform me about security and liability policies, specially around payments?

The only payments BAP actually processes are those from competition organizers: the setup fee prior to the beginning of registration and a percentage of the entries after the registration period is over. We do this using Stripe and we do not retain credit card information - organizers fill out Stripe's form directly.

Payment by brewers is made using a gateway of their preference and is processed directly through the organizer's account. We currently offer integration with a variety of gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. The forms used to collect payment details, in all cases, belong to the gateways and we do not retain that info (we only keep info related to control like ID and status of payment).

Remember that you can deactivate the Access Keys requested to link BAP with the selected Gateway anytime.

Other information we collect from users is treated according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We never share information with third parties and currently are sending newsletters with content related to our platform or events held through BAP with a fortnightly frequency at most.
