Winners

By entering "Winners", you can access the list of competition winners. However, if the competition has not yet been finalized, you will see the message "No results -- The competition does not have a winner yet".

Upon accessing this section, you will be presented with the following screen:

For each award category, you will see the podium positions of the Mini B.O.S. In some cases, positions may be shared, depending on the configuration in Settings => Judging Options. The screen will display the name of the entry, the style, and the name of the participant (brewer or brewery).

If you conducted a Best of Show (B.O.S.) round, you will also be able to view the winners in this section:

In addition to the pre-established categories created according to the configurations in Administration => Award Categories, you can generate custom award categories. To do so, click on "Add Custom Award" located at the bottom right of the screen:

You can customize categories according to the criteria and purposes of the organization:

For example, it is possible to create the category "Brewer of the Year" and manually enter the names of each winner in the different positions by clicking on "Add position".

As you hit save, this new award category will be displayed:

By clicking on the pencil icon, you can edit or delete that custom category.

If you click on "Export data", you can download a CSV file containing all the information about the winners.

Additionally, by clicking on "Publish Results," the results will be published on the BAP public page, where brewers registered their entries. This information will remain accessible on BAP's website for as long as BAP exists.

If you click on "Hide Results", the results will be unpublished. You can do this as many times as you want, at the convenience of the organizers.
