Judges Check-in

Accessing the “Judges check-in” menu enables you to confirm the judges present during a given judging session. Click here to access this section:

You will then visualize the following:

Activating the "Present" option confirms the judge for the judging session. Use the "Notes" section to write any additional observations, such as if a judge needs to leave early.

You can also confirm the presence of all judges simultaneously by checking the box in the upper left corner and selecting the 'Present' option:

When accessing a panel in Administration => Judging sessions, judges who are present are marked with a green circle, while those who are not are marked in red.
