Volunteers

By clicking on the "Volunteers" option, you'll be able to access applications from volunteers who are interested in participating as judges, stewards, or staff. Please note that this menu will only be visible if the organization has enabled the option in Settings => Competition Website.

Upon accessing this screen, you will see a layout similar to the one depicted below. In case there have been no applications through BAP's webpage, this page will appear empty.

Each candidate will be listed with their name, the role for which they are applying, and a brief summary of their experience. You can choose to approve ("Approve") or reject ("Reject") each application.

Once a decision is made, the candidate will receive an email informing them of the outcome:

After a decision is made and the participant is notified, their candidate's box will turn gray. If the candidate applied for judging, their name will be automatically added to the Administration => Judges menu. Similarly, if the candidate applied as a steward, their name will be added to the Administration => Stewards menu.

You can customize the volunteering settings by clicking on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, by selecting "Add," you can configure fields for each role individually.

By clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the screen, you can easily copy volunteer's emails to assist you in sending notifications.
