By accessing the Stewards menu, the stewards that will attend the competition can be added. It should be noted that this option is not mandatory, but it is useful if after the competition the organizer wants to create the BJCP’s Competition Organizer Report (see section Administration => Import/Export data).

You will be directed to this screen:

The logic is very similar to the one used to add judges, with the admin being able to add stewards one by one or import several stewards at the same time.

Adding stewards individually:

Remember that the steward’s personal data can then be added in the same way as the judge’s personal data.
