It is important to point out that, in order to upload this information, it is necessary to respect the header row as indicated in the presented text and upload it in CSV format. This function is essential to organizers who choose to run their registration in other platforms. such as Reggie or Google Forms.

In the Export data section, you can download the information concerning the orders, registrations, judges, volunteers, BJCP competition reports or the logos of the participants (for professional competitions).

Both orders and entries can be downloaded in xlsx or CSV format, while judges and volunteers’ information can only be downloaded in CSV format. For example, when downloading the entries’ info in xlsx format, the Excel file looks like this:

In case you want to download the BJCP competition report (with the competition already finished) for the assignment of points to the judges, stewards and staff members, you must click on “BJCP® Competition Organizer Report (XML)” .

This form is based on the BJCP competition reports. Instructions on how to fill it out can be found at the following link: https://www.bjcp.org/competitions/rules-regulations/. Completing data such as the number of entries (Entries), the judging days (Days), the judging sessions (Judging sessions) and the number of entries that went on to final rounds (Flights), the system informs the amount of points that can be distributed to judges, stewards and other staff members.

Clicking on Export now, the report is exported in XML format, and then it is possible to use this information to load points on the same BJCP page. Beware that this is not automatically done, BAP has no direct connection to the BJCP database.

The logos of the participants can be downloaded in .zip format, and once the files are opened the logos can be extracted:
